- Kings Beach SRA is located in downtown Kings Beach, near Bear street on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. The park is approximately one mile west of the Nevada State Line and thirteen miles southeast of Truckee, CA from Highway 267.

- Hourly Parking: $3.00; Vehicle Day Use: $10.00.
- Access
- Parking fees are required year-round. Dogs are not allowed on the beach year-round. Dogs are welcome on the sidewalks and in the picnic table areas. The boat ramp at the end of Raccoon Street is available for non-motorized vessels only that are clean and dry. No charcoal or wood barbeques/fires; propane and gas barbeques are allowed. No smoking. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

Kings Beach State Recreation Area features 979 feet of beautiful frontage property along the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. This day-use only area has a large sandy beach and multiple picnic tables under the shade of Jeffery pines.
