- From Bouse: take the main road east through town, which turns to gravel just outside town; stay left at the first major Y, stay left at Midway, then turn right (east) at the four way stop into Swansea. From Parker: head south past the tracks, turn east on Shea Road, then south on the county-signed dirt road to Swansea.

- Graded gravel road gets rough for the last few miles; a high clearance vehicle is recommended, but four-wheel drive is not necessary. About 25 miles from either Parker or Bouse.
