On Saturday, November 21, 2026, the lawn of Quartzsite Town Park, at East Senter Street and Plymouth Avenue, fills for the Quartzsite Fall Festival. Food vendors work from self-contained units and booths on the park’s baseball field, which is reached off East Chandler Street. Merchandise sellers set up beside them, and local agencies, clubs, and businesses put up display and information booths. Games run on the grass.

Admission and parking cost nothing, and the town runs free transportation anywhere within Quartzsite limits for the day. Visitors are asked to bring a lawn chair and to leave their own drinks at home. The town code bars glass containers in the park and requires dogs to be on a leash no longer than six feet.

The sources give different hours. The town’s festival webpage gives 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The town’s Facebook event and the vendor application give 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. In September 2026 the town was seeking an organization to run a beer garden for the festival.

Four bands through the day

The 2026 music is four acts, free, playing in turns through the day:

  • Gypsy Wagyn is a duo that plays covers and originals across psychedelic blues, classic rock, funk, folk, country, pop, and R&B.
  • 10th & Main, listed as “#thebigshow,” comes out of country, classic rock, and pop.
  • Stevie Nicks Illusion is a Fleetwood Mac tribute. The event listing says it “has been referred to as the most authentic sounding tribute to Fleetwood Mac to date.”
  • Noise Pollution, The AC/DC Experience plays the hits from both the Bon Scott and Brian Johnson eras.

The end of summer, the start of the season

The Town of Quartzsite hosts the festival with community sponsors. The town says it began the event to give local residents a family-friendly, town-wide celebration and to promote what Quartzsite has to offer, with vendors and local businesses on display. By the town’s count, attendance has grown each year to well over 4,000.

The Parker Pioneer’s John Gutekunst reported on the 2025 festival, held Saturday, November 22, under cloudy skies and in cold weather. Mayor Norm Simpson mounted the stage to welcome the crowd. He said the festival gave residents a chance to celebrate the end of the long, hot summers, and gave winter visitors a welcome from the town. Town Manager Jim Ferguson said he was impressed by how many people came despite the weather. “Given conditions, we have a lot of folks coming in,” he said. “This is a good community event. We even have lots of folks coming from outside Quartzsite.”
