- From Oakridge, continue on Highway 58 about 1 to 1.5 miles east of Oakridge; turn right towards Hills Creek Reservoir on Kitson Springs Road; follow Forest Service roads to the lookout.

- $85 per night.
- Access
- Very remote, road not plowed or maintained for winter travel; accessed by skis, snowmobiles, or snowshoes 2-10 miles. No water or electricity; guests must melt snow for drinking, cooking and washing. Pets not allowed. No open flames, including candles. Smoking not permitted. Cabin access via steep metal gripping stairs up the tower.
