Held on the third Saturday in July since 1974; moved to the second Saturday in July to accommodate the carnival.
Getting there
Fowler is on the south side of the Arkansas River on U. S. Highway 50 in Otero County, just 34 miles east of old Fort Pueblo.
Fees
All rides are 1 Ticket each Tickets are: $3 each 4 rides/tickets for $10 8 Rides/tickets for $20 Tickets are good both days.
Access
Due to the carnival taking up more parking space around the park, and the other road closures we need for the parade and rodeo, we are offering transportation from Fowler School District parking lots to Gerard Park. The bus will run every 15 minutes from 9-5. This service is provided to you by SETran.
