  • Kathy Woods LaNoue, co-owner; the DuBois name comes from her family, the Woods; grew up farming the Woods Farm.
  • Lee LaNoue, co-owner and winemaker; studied Enology and Viticulture at Mesa State University; master cabinet maker who did most of the woodwork in the tasting room.
  • O.H. and Grace Woods, Ralph Woods's parents; ran the farm with him.
  • Ralf Woods, Kathy's father; farmed the Woods Farm until retiring and giving it to his daughters (retired in 2008, at age 88).
  • Rick LaNoue, co-owner; the LaNoue name comes from his family, who moved to Ouray from Louisiana in 1973; he worked at the Idarado Mine and for Chevron (retired from Chevron in 2016 and moved to the farm).
  • Ruby, Ralf Woods's wife; suggested planting a small test vineyard on a rocky part of the farm.
