- Peak: single occupancy $6,250 per person per week; double $4,825; children 5-12 $4,325 per child per week; children 2-4 $1,300 per child per week. Standard: single $6,075 per person per week; double $4,700 per person per week.

- Operates under a special use permit from The Rio Grande National Forest.
