Fees
Adult $5,295-6,995/week/person; Child (6-13) $4,695-6,395/week/child; Child (3-5) $2,650-3,500/week/child; Tax 3.9%; Tipping not expected. Rates cover luxurious accommodations, gourmet meals, house beer and wine, shuttle service, and evening entertainment.

Operates under a special use permit authorization on the Routt National Forest.

50% deposit required to secure most reservations; balance due at check-out. For parties of 10 or more, complete pre-payment is required prior to arrival.
