Belt Museum Inc., housed in the historic Belt Jail, a late-1890s one-story native-stone jail built to serve a small coal mining town and listed on the National Register of Historic Places Inventory. The museum interprets the local history of Belt, Montana, Cascade County, and the surrounding coal country.
